Return & Refund Policy

All of our products for sale on www.torontoskateboard.com are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If there is a manufacturing defect, Toronto Skateboard will take care of following up on complaints with the manufacturer during the warranty period.

Warranties are approved only by the manufacturers and not by Toronto Skateboard.

Unused products can be returned or exchanged for a period of 7 days from the date of receipt. The product (s) must be returned to us in safe and appropriate packaging and with the original labels or boxes. Beyond this period, any return request will be refused.

Except in the event of an error in the merchandise, the customer is always responsible for return shipping costs.

Products on sale are considered final sale and CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

Underwear CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

We will not accept any product that has been worn, washed and / or damaged. BEFORE returning any product you MUST complete the return form and obtain a valid return number (RA #) or authorization.

Any product returned without a Return Authorization Number (RA #) will automatically be returned to the sender at their expense.

Following the sending of your number (RA #) the return number is valid from 48h to 72h.

Toronto Skateboard is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, insufficiently postage, illegible or damaged envelopes or packages.
