Pick up in store

Customers in the City of Toronto can place an order and choose the “Pick up in store” option for free. The order will be ready from 24 to 48 hours for pickup when you receive the pickup confirmation email at our store Toronto Skateboard at 41 Main St Unionville Unit 201, Unionville, ON L3R 2E5 by appointment only

Please have a copy of your invoice and the credit card used to make the purchase on hand.

If you plan to have someone pick up the order for you, contact our customer service to make a pickup arrangement.  
 

Shipping

We ship Monday through Friday. It normally takes us 24 to 48 hours to process your order and delivery times are 2 to 3 working days depending on your shipping region.

For the protection of our customers, any order requires a signature upon receipt of the package. If you are absent when the carrier delivers your order to your door, a note will be hung and your package will be collectable at the nearest post office. For delivery to remote areas, Toronto Skateboard reserves the right to charge additional delivery costs, or to change carrier.

When you make a purchase on our online site, you will receive an order confirmation and your invoice by email. When your package is shipped, you will receive an email from the Carrier confirming the shipment. 

 

Damage due to shipping

Rarely our products suffer damage due to shipping, but in this case, do not hesitate to report it to us by following the steps below:

1. Please note the damage noted on the delivery slip before signing the receipt.
2. Keep the packaging as you received it.
3. Contact us ASAP, without forgetting to specify the Web order number and a description of the products in your order.

 

Toronto Skateboard is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, insufficiently postage, illegible or damaged envelopes or packages.

Any unclaimed or refused package will be subject to restocking fees.
